Stanley Park, one of Vancouver's most popular attractions, covers more than 1,000 acres and is surrounded by a scenic 9km seawall. Its temperate rainforest, shoreline beaches, picture-perfect lighthouse, and incredible views are loved by locals and tourists alike.
No matter the weather, you can grab a coffee and go for a stroll, rent a bike and cycle around the park, or explore the many trails. If you're lucky, you might see some of the local wildlife, such as eagles, herons, beavers, and seals. (Beware the coyotes, though!) More of a night-owl? Be sure to check out the 9 O'Clock Gun—it has a rich history and fires every night.
